50% service fee is required to secure booking

You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours of your original appointment time, after that you will only be able to cancel.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will not receive a refund. It is important that you read all descriptions relating to your chosen treatment carefully before booking as any amendments may not be possible on the day.

client consultation forms

All new clients must fill out a consultation form – and at the very latest – 48 hours before their appointment. This is to ensure that you receive the appropriate care and further information in case your treatment cannot be provided. 

 

You will be given a link to the form once you’ve made a booking. We recommend you fill this form as soon as you receive the link to avoid future disappointment.

 

Note: If you haven’t filled this out within the reschedule & cancellation period, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and payment will be retained. No exceptions.

In the event that incorrect information is provided by the client, beepit london will not be held liable for loss of correspondence.

It is the clients responsibility to rectify any incorrect details. To do this, please email hello@beepit.london

distractions

We kindly request you avoid using your mobile phone/other devices during your treatment. This can compromise the sterility of the treatment area and can affect your service time.

Do not touch your clothes, face, hair, or reach into pockets/bags during your appointment. Doing so can affect the integrity of the treatment and lead to service breakdown. If you need assistance with anything, let us know and we will do what we can to help. 

children • pets • guests

Children, pets, and guests are not permitted in the working area due to the use of chemicals and the production of some dust. If you are unable to be away from your dependants for the duration of your treatment, please let us know so we can appropriately risk assess.

parking

at the salon

There is a pay and display car park nearby at Mission Grove Car Park. You can also pay by phone. Please make a note of any parking restrictions you may encounter before you arrive for you appointment.

 

at work

Parking requirements will be discussed at the point of enquiry. Please email corporate@beepit.london

 

at home

The client will bear any and all parking costs which will be discussed at the point of booking. This keeps treatment costs for the client down. In addition to this, the client must also provide an area to park as close to their home as possible. This is due to the weight of the kit carried, as travelling farther than a short 5 minute walk increases risk of injury.

 

Please note: Clients outside a 5 mile radius (up to 10miles) will be charged a £40 call-out fee in addition to their service and parking fee.

change of mind

beepit london will not issue price adjustments or refunds for change of mind (in line with cancellation time scales). You are welcome to amend appointments any time before then.

 

If you change your mind at the time of your appointment, you will still be charged for the original appointment.

 

You will be required to pay the difference if you choose a service that costs more than the original service booked.

 

Your request to change appointment type may be refused if the nail tech is unable to provide the treatment in the given time frame.

cleaning

You can rest assured all appropriate measures are taken to ensure the safety of the nail technician and the client. All tools and implements are either single-use or thoroughly sanitised before and after use.

reapirs • fixes

Note: we do not provide free repairs or fixes, but there is an option to add a nail fix to your appointment.

You are welcome to email so we can discuss future steps and advice on how to prevent chips/breaks from happening. Alternatively, have a look at our aftercare page.

 

There are various factors that can contribute to your nails chipping/breaking. Lifestyle factors and underlying health issues can also impact the integrity of your manicure or pedicure.

 

As a client, you are required to follow any and all aftercare protocols to get the most out of your treatment.

right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse booking or stop treatment for reasons such as, but not limited to:


• frequent cancellations
• abuse (including discrimination of any sort)
• aggressive behaviour
• lateness
• failure to comply with any and all policies

offers • discounts

This section relates to any and all, but not limited to, offers or discounts provided by beepit london

 

• all appointments must be booked via online booking.
• if the discount was on a flyer, then it must be brought in on the day of service
• discount codes can only be used once unless otherwise stated
• beepit london reserves the right to follow up on and question any bookings that are made using discount codes
• offers and discount codes are only valid for the period stated, no exceptions.

 

Model Sets

• only available with pre-approval. If you book this treatment online without first consulting with beepit london, it will be cancelled.

• model must fll out consultation form

• must have relatively healthy nails

• length and shape to be determined by nail technician

• must travel to the salon

• must commit to at least 2 appointments 3-4 weeks apart

• extras are not discounted

• cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and/or discounts

• must follow aftercare

• model agrees to have photos taken of nail tech’s work and is comfortable with us posting on socials
